Printing on a stretchy tube is difficult. Here is how we ensure retail quality.
Cheap socks have a visible "seam" line where the print stops. We use rotary heat press technology to ensure continuous 360-degree coverage. The ink becomes gas and bonds with the polymer fibers, ensuring the photo wraps perfectly around the leg.
Cotton doesn't hold photo prints well. We use a specially engineered 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex blend that mimics the soft feel of cotton but offers the printability of synthetic. It creates a smooth canvas for high-definition faces.
We reinforce the Toe and Heel with black solid-color thread (optional) to hide wear and tear in high-friction areas. Every pair is steam-pressed and can be packaged with a custom header card or belly band.
