Cheap fleece gets rough and bumpy after one wash. We use High-GSM Anti-Pill rPET Fleece. The fabric undergoes a special shearing and brushing process to ensure it stays smooth and plush for years.
For plush fabrics, printing doesn't work well. Embroidery is the gold standard. We use high-thread-count stitching with a water-soluble topping stabilizer to ensure your logo sits proudly on top of the pile, not buried in it.
