The Ruixing Partner Advantage

Why source with us? We provide a complete solution that a single factory cannot.

Unbiased Material Expertise

A factory must sell its own material. We are material-agnostic. We'll tell you if Jute, Cotton, or Canvas is truly the best fit for your specific project's quality and budget needs.

Specialized Factory Matching

The best factory for simple cotton totes is not the best for complex, multi-pocket canvas backpacks. We match your design to the ideal partner facility in our network.

Your On-Site QC Team

We are your team in China. We represent your interests, conducting on-site QC and managing compliance so issues are fixed before your order ships.

Your Sourcing Partnership FAQ

Direct answers to the most critical questions B2B buyers ask about sourcing custom bags.

Are you a factory or a trading company?+

We are a strategic sourcing partner. A single factory is limited to its own machines. We give you access to our entire vetted network of specialized, audited factories. This allows us to be your "bridge"—we match your project to the best supplier for your specific quality, price, and compliance needs, while managing the entire process from QC and branding to final logistics.

Why shouldn't I just go directly to a factory?+

You can, but you'll be managing all the risk and logistics yourself. If you source 3 products, you'll manage 3 factories, 3 QC processes, and 3 shipments. As your partner, we consolidate all of this. We are your insurance. If a factory fails quality control or has a production delay, it's our job to fix it and leverage our network to keep your project on track. We manage the risk so you don't have to.

What is your factory audit (e.g., BSCI) process?+

We welcome audits. This is a key part of our transparent process. When you're ready, we will:

  • 1. Identify: Pinpoint the specialized factory we've matched for your order.
  • 2. Verify: Provide you with their existing valid certificates (BSCI, Sedex, GOTS, etc.).
  • 3. Manage: Handle all logistics for your 3rd-party auditor (like SGS or TUV) to conduct an on-site visit.
  • 4. Execute: As your partner, we then manage the entire Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with the factory to ensure any issues are resolved before production.
How do you handle compliance for the EU or USA?+

This is a core part of our value. We ensure our partner facilities can meet all necessary standards, such as REACH, RoHS, and Prop 65. We coordinate all material and product testing with certified labs (like SGS, Intertek) to provide you with the documentation you need for customs and legal compliance.

What are your shipping terms (FOB vs. DDP)?+

We are flexible and work to your needs. We can provide standard FOB (Free On Board) pricing. However, most of our partners prefer our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) solution, where we manage all freight, customs, duties, and last-mile delivery directly to your warehouse in the US or Europe.

What is the general price range for these bags?+

Price is driven by material, size, print complexity, and quantity. As a general guide:

  • Cotton: Most cost-effective, ideal for large-scale giveaways.
  • Jute: A mid-range, eco-friendly option with high perceived value.
  • Canvas (12oz+): The most premium option, priced higher due to material density and durability.

Contact us with your project specs, and we will leverage our network to get you the most competitive, all-in quote.

What's the difference between Cotton, Canvas, and Jute?+

Canvas IS Cotton: "Cotton" usually means a lightweight (4oz-8oz) fabric, while "Canvas" is a much heavier-weight (10oz-16oz+) cotton fabric. Canvas is more durable and premium; standard cotton is softer and more cost-effective.

Jute: Is a completely different plant fiber. It's known for its strong, coarse, rustic texture and is one of the most sustainable materials available. It's heavier than cotton but less expensive than heavy canvas.

What's the difference between GOTS and GRS?+

We can source both, and the choice sends a different message:

  • GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard): Guarantees the fabric is made from organically grown fibers (e.g., organic cotton). This is an "eco-friendly" message.
  • GRS (Global Recycled Standard): Guarantees the fabric is made from a high percentage of recycled materials (e.g., recycled cotton). This is a "circular economy" message.

We will help you choose the certification that best aligns with your brand's sustainability goals.

How does the sampling process work?+

Our 3-step process is designed to guarantee your brand standards:

  • 1. Digital Mockup (Free): We create a detailed digital proof for your approval.
  • 2. Pre-Production Sample (PPS): We manage the creation of a physical sample. This ensures you can approve the material, print quality, and construction before we start the full order.
  • 3. Mass Production: We only begin the bulk order after you have given final sign-off on the PPS.
What artwork file format do you need?+

To ensure a perfect, crisp print, a vector file is always preferred. Please send us:

  • .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
  • .eps (Encapsulated PostScript)
  • .pdf (Vector-based PDF)

If you only have a .jpg or .png, send the highest resolution possible. Our branding team can often help convert or "vectorize" it for production.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

Our typical MOQ starts around 500-1,000 pieces, depending on the material and complexity. (e.g., 500 for Canvas, 1,000 for Cotton/Jute). Price is a game of scale: ordering 5,000 pieces will have a significantly lower per-unit cost than 500.

What is the typical production lead time?+

Typical lead time is 25-40 days for mass production after you approve the final pre-production sample. This varies by material (Cotton is fastest, 20-30 days) and complexity (Backpacks are longest, 30-40 days). We will provide a detailed timeline for your specific project.
