Direct answers to high-level B2B questions about our sourcing partnership.
We are a strategic sourcing partner. A single factory is limited to its own machines. We give you access to our entire vetted network of specialized, audited factories. This allows us to be your "bridge"—we match your project to the best supplier for your specific quality, price, and compliance needs, while managing the entire process from QC and branding to final logistics.
You can, but you'll be managing all the risk and logistics yourself. If you source 3 products, you'll manage 3 factories, 3 QC processes, and 3 shipments. As your partner, we consolidate all of this. We are your insurance. If a factory fails quality control or has a production delay, it's our job to fix it and leverage our network to keep your project on track. We manage the risk so you don't have to.
Canvas IS Cotton: "Cotton" usually means a lightweight (4oz-8oz) fabric, while "Canvas" is a much heavier-weight (10oz-16oz+) cotton fabric. Canvas is more durable and premium; standard cotton is softer and more cost-effective.
Jute: Is a completely different plant fiber. It's known for its strong, coarse, rustic texture and is one of the most sustainable materials available. It's heavier than cotton but less expensive than heavy canvas.
We can source both, and the choice sends a different message:
- GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard): Guarantees the fabric is made from organically grown fibers (e.g., organic cotton). This is an "eco-friendly" message.
- GRS (Global Recycled Standard): Guarantees the fabric is made from a high percentage of recycled materials (e.g., recycled cotton). This is a "circular economy" message.
We will help you choose the certification that best aligns with your brand's sustainability goals.
We welcome audits. This is a key part of our transparent process. When you're ready, we will provide the valid BSCI, Sedex, or GOTS certificate for the specific partner facility we'vematched to your project. We will then manage all logistics for your 3rd-party auditor (like SGS or TUV) to conduct an on-site visit and oversee any Corrective Action Plan (CAP) required.
This is a core part of our value. We ensure our partner facilities can meet all necessary standards, such as REACH, RoHS, and Prop 65. We coordinate all material and product testing with certified labs (like SGS, Intertek) to provide you with the documentation you need for customs and legal compliance.
We are flexible and work to your needs. We can provide standard FOB (Free On Board) pricing. However, most of our partners prefer our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) solution, where we manage all freight, customs, duties, and last-mile delivery directly to your warehouse in the US or Europe.
Our 3-step process is designed to guarantee your brand standards:
- 1. Digital Mockup (Free): We create a detailed digital proof for your approval.
- 2. Pre-Production Sample (PPS): We manage the creation of a physical sample. This ensures you can approve the material, print quality, and construction before we start the full order.
- 3. Mass Production: We only begin the bulk order after you have given final sign-off on the PPS.
MOQs vary by product, but typically range from 100 pieces for complex items like enamel pins to 1,000 pieces for simpler items like cotton bags. This allows us to offer competitive wholesale pricing. We can also advise on the "price breaks" where a larger quantity significantly reduces the per-unit cost.
To ensure a perfect, crisp print, a vector file is always preferred. Please send us: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .eps, or a Vector-based .pdf. If you only have a .jpg or .png, send the highest resolution possible, and our branding team can often help convert or "vectorize" it for production.
We have specialized sourcing teams for each product category. A "Bags & Totes" expert manages your bag production, while an "Apparel" expert manages your wearables. This ensures you get deep category-specific knowledge. All projects are then coordinated through your single, dedicated Account Manager for a seamless experience.
Absolutely. This is our core strength. Our team can work with you from a simple sketch or idea to develop a fully custom product (ODM), including material sourcing, 3D modeling, and prototyping. We manage the entire process from concept to a compliant, mass-produced product.
