We use a specially brushed 100% Polyester "Peach Skin" fabric. While cotton holds moisture and fades, our performance polyester is moisture-wicking, stain-resistant, and holds vibrant color indefinitely.
Our printing process turns ink into gas, infusing it into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top. This means the print has zero texture and will absolutely never crack, peel, or fade, no matter how many times it's washed.
Cheap bandanas have raw serged edges that fray easily. We use a Rolled Hem Finish (lock stitch) on all sides. This provides a clean, retail-ready look and significantly increases the lifespan of the product.

Triangle is the industry standard—it's cheaper (less fabric), lighter, and ready to wear. Square offers more fabric bulk when folded, creating a double-layer feel, but is more expensive.
If you can only pick one, choose Large (27" x 19"). It fits medium to large dogs perfectly, and can be rolled down to fit smaller dogs. It covers 80% of the dog population.
Yes. We can print different designs on the front and back. However, because the fabric is lightweight, there may be slight show-through of dark colors from one side to the other.
Yes. Our polyester is moisture-wicking and breathable. Unlike heavy cotton which gets soggy and heavy when wet/drooled on, our fabric stays light and dries fast.
We need high-resolution artwork. Vector files (.AI, .EPS) are best for logos. For photos, we need 300 DPI Raster files (.JPG, .PSD) at actual print size.
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. This covers the setup cost for the sublimation paper and machine time.
Cotton cannot be dye-sublimated; it requires screen printing (thick texture) or direct-to-garment (fades). Polyester is the only choice for vibrant, permanent, full-color edge-to-edge designs.
We usually bulk pack 50pcs per large polybag to save shipping volume. We can add individual polybags or custom Cardboard Belly Bands for retail presentation upon request.
Yes, 100%. Because the ink is sublimated into the fiber, you can wash them on hot or cold, use bleach, or tumble dry, and the design will never fade or bleed.
Generally, MOQ is per design. However, if the designs are simple color variations of the same logo placement, we may be able to accommodate a split (e.g., 50 Red / 50 Blue) for a small setup fee.

Yes! We have a special "Ice Silk" fabric option that can be soaked in water to provide a cooling effect. It is also printable via sublimation. Ask for our Cooling Bandana quote.
