Our rope toys are twisted from 100% Recycled Cotton yarns. The mechanical action of the fibers helps clean teeth during play. We use azo-free, non-toxic dyes to ensure safety even when chewed and ingested in small amounts.
Standard plush toys rip easily. We use a "Tuff-Guard" Liner—a layer of durable mesh fused to the outer rPET fabric. We also replace plastic eyes with Embroidery to eliminate choking hazards.

Yes. Creating a custom 3D shape requires a steel mold. The cost ranges from $500-$1500 depending on complexity, but it is a one-time fee. The mold belongs to you for future orders.
Yes. We can insert squeakers (standard or heavy-duty) and crinkle paper inside plush toys to increase engagement. Squeakers are sewn into a safety pouch inside the filling.
