Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers about our custom process, product capabilities, and partnership model. We are committed to making your sourcing experience as clear and seamless as possible.
Our Partnership & Ordering Process
It means we go beyond just taking your order. As your partner, we act as an extension of your team, providing expert guidance on product selection, design, compliance, and logistics. We help you create high-impact, high-quality products that meet your strategic marketing goals, rather than just selling you a standard item.
Our process is designed for clarity and quality assurance:
- 1. Consultation & Quote: We analyze your needs and provide a detailed proposal.
- 2. Design & Mockup: We create a free digital proof for your approval.
- 3. Sampling: We produce a physical pre-production sample for your final confirmation.
- 4. Production: We begin bulk production with rigorous quality control.
- 5. Delivery: We manage global logistics to deliver your order on time.
Our MOQ varies by product. For most standard items like canvas bags or lanyards, the MOQ is typically 500-1000 pieces. For complex items (e.g., custom-molded pet toys) or premium apparel, the MOQ may be higher. Please include your target quantity in your quote request for the most accurate information.
This is a critical point for project planning. Production Time (or "Lead Time") is the time it takes to manufacture your order *after* you approve the final sample (e.g., 15-25 days). Shipping Time is the *additional* time it takes for the goods to travel from our facility to your door (e.g., 5-9 days by express air, 30-45 days by sea freight). We will provide a clear estimate for both in your quote.
Yes, we fully support our reseller and importer partners. We can absolutely arrange for blind shipping, where all shipment labels and documentation will be neutral, with no mention of Ruixing Gifts. We can also develop custom, unbranded, or white-label packaging solutions for your clients upon request.
Product & Customization Capabilities
Yes, this is one of our core strengths as a strategic partner. We can absolutely consolidate an order for multiple items, such as a new-hire kit containing a backpack, a water bottle, a keychain, and a polo shirt. We will manage the production for all items and can even consolidate them into a single shipment to save you on logistics costs.
We select the best technique based on your product and design goals:
- Screen Printing: Ideal for simple logos (1-4 colors) on flat surfaces like tote bags and t-shirts. Very cost-effective for large runs.
- Dye-Sublimation: Used on polyester-based items like lanyards, socks, and neck gaiters. Allows for unlimited, photorealistic, all-over designs that are infused into the fabric.
- Embroidery: Creates a premium, textured, durable logo on items like polo shirts, hats, and fleece jackets.
- Debossing/Embossing: Creates a 3D, tactile effect on materials like silicone wristbands and leather keychains.
To ensure the best quality, we strongly recommend providing vector files, such as .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, or .PDF. Vector files can be scaled infinitely without losing quality. If you only have bitmap files (like .JPG, .PNG), please ensure they are high-resolution (at least 300 DPI).
We take brand consistency very seriously. To achieve precise color matching, we ask clients to provide Pantone Matching System (PMS) color codes. Our production team then uses these codes to mix inks, select threads, or dye materials, ensuring the final product color is a near-perfect match to your official brand guidelines.
- Cotton: Soft, lightweight, and very cost-effective. Ideal for basic promotional giveaways.
- Canvas: A type of heavy-duty cotton. It's much thicker, more durable, and has a higher perceived value. Ideal for premium gifts.
- Jute: A natural, fibrous material with a rustic, earthy look. It's extremely strong and naturally eco-friendly.
- rPET: Made from recycled plastic bottles. A great sustainable choice, especially for dye-sublimated bags.
Global Logistics & Shipping
Yes, we ship globally. We have extensive experience managing logistics to North America, Europe, Australia, and other regions. We partner with major carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS, as well as reliable air and sea freight forwarders.
We offer flexible shipping terms (Incoterms) to meet your needs:
- FOB (Free On Board): This is a common term where the buyer is responsible for customs clearance and duties in the destination country.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): This is our hassle-free, all-in-one service. Upon request, we can handle the entire process for you, including customs, duties, and final delivery to your door.
Please let us know your preference during the quoting stage so we can provide an accurate, all-inclusive price if needed.
Yes. We frequently manage complex logistics, including splitting a single production order and shipping it to multiple offices or distribution centers around the world. Please provide the different addresses during the quoting process so we can calculate the logistics accurately.
Quality, Safety, & Compliance
Quality control is integrated into every step of our process. We conduct incoming material inspections, in-process checks during production (e.g., printing, sewing), and a final, comprehensive inspection of the finished goods before they are packed. We can also arrange for third-party inspection (like SGS or Intertek) upon request.
Our supply chain includes partners who are amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) audited. For you, this means we are committed to an ethical, socially compliant supply chain. It provides verification of fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and environmental responsibility. This de-risks your partnership with us and ensures your brand is associated with responsibly-made products.
These are our primary sustainable options and a core part of our commitment to quality:
- GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard): This is the highest standard for organic cotton. It certifies the *entire* supply chain, ensuring the cotton is grown organically and manufactured ethically. It's the gold standard for sustainable tote bags and apparel.
- rPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate): This material is made from recycled plastics, such as water bottles. It's a durable, high-quality option for products like lanyards, drawstring bags, and neck gaiters.
Yes. We take this very seriously. All products intended for consumption, such as our stainless steel water bottles and pet bowls, are made from food-grade, non-toxic, and BPA-free materials. We can provide all necessary material safety and compliance documentation (e.g., FDA, LFGB) for your records.
Payment & Terms
Our standard payment term for new clients is a 50% deposit to initiate the order and the remaining 50% balance to be paid before shipment, after you have approved quality control photos or the final sample. For long-term partners with an established relationship, we may offer more flexible terms.
Our primary method for international transactions is Wire Transfer (T/T) to our company bank account. This is the most secure and efficient method for B2B orders. All necessary bank details will be provided on your proforma invoice.
